Equans UK & Ireland is seeking a Technical Services Manager for Salford Hospital. The role, based on site at Salford Royal and other hospital locations as needed, drives the technical performance and maintenance of standards across the contract.

You will guide on-site teams with M&E expertise to deliver compliant, efficient services. The role requires healthcare project experience, strong management of a multidiscipline workforce, and a focus on safety, compliance, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare environments and managing healthcare projects.
• Familiarity with AP duties and management within a site team.
• Understanding HR-related items and risk assessment in a healthcare setting.

Responsabilités

• Lead the technical services on the contract and manage a multidiscipline workforce.
• Undertake AP/CP duties and lead the AP duties of the site team.
• Plan, prioritise and resource projects to improve service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures and drive customer service excellence.
• Update drawings and O&M manuals; maintain up-to-date documentation.
