CBRE Local UK is seeking a Technical Services Manager to oversee technical operations for a key healthcare client. You will guide engineering teams, ensure statutory compliance, and manage complex projects across multiple sites while maintaining safety and performance standards.

Lead Authorised Engineer activities, mentor staff, and collaborate with clients, suppliers and internal teams to deliver reliable service and continuous improvement within CBRE's Health & Care division.

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Incorporated Engineer (IEng) registration with a recognised body.
• Seven years' experience in senior technical roles, including Authorised Engineer and high-voltage AP responsibilities.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects across multi-site facilities with subcontractor management.
• Experience managing health & safety, CDM, QA, environmental and corporate policies.
• Ability to lead change, motivate teams and build client/contractor relationships; strong communication and negotiation.
• Ability to interpret technical, numerical and financial information and translate strategy into operational plans.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and systems management software.

Responsabilités

• Review project specifications and provide technical guidance; assess risks before bids.
• Maintain contract rules and CBRE safety procedures; ensure statutory compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and training for Authorised/Competent Persons.
• Act as contracts point of contact, provide 24/7 advice and investigate incidents.
• Build relationships with client representatives, contract teams and suppliers.
• Audit works and lead continuous improvement; share engineering developments.
• Oversee technical performance through mobilisation, delivery and demobilisation.
• Report against contractual indicators; manage risk and awareness of fraud.
