Job summary

A healthcare organization in Harrogate is seeking an experienced Estate Team Leader to oversee facility management and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations. The successful candidate will lead a team while managing engineering systems and participate in emergency maintenance. The role is permanent, with working hours of 37.5 per week, and requires substantial relevant experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 4 years post-apprenticeship experience in maintaining complicated electrical/mechanical equipment.
• Current DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
• Supervisory skills in a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the role of Authorised Person for various engineering systems.
• Oversee risk management for the estate.
• Participate in emergency call-out rota for maintenance.
