NVQ Assessor in London is seeking trainee candidates to begin a rewarding career in the training sector. We provide full training and support to achieve the Level 4 Assessor Coach qualification, and salary will be reviewed on achievement.

As an End Point Assessor, you will be responsible for completing EPA activities with Healthcare Apprenticeship Standards, including scheduling, marking and regular planning meetings with candidates and employers, both face-to-face and electronically.

Qualifications

• Must hold solid occupational competency within Healthcare in a Hospital setting.
• Must hold own NMC active nursing PIN.
• Must be a registered practitioner or industry body member.
• Have an understanding of Apprenticeships and related standards.
• Experience delivering full Apprenticeships in Clinical Healthcare is preferred.
• IT literate with training on company systems.
• Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Complete End Point Assessment activities for Apprentices across Healthcare Standards.
• Schedule EPA activities and coordinate with candidates and employers.
• Mark, grade and provide feedback on assessments.
• Regularly plan meetings with candidates and employers to track progress.
• Handle administration and data processing promptly.
