Job summary

NCFE is seeking Independent End Point Assessors (IEPAs) to deliver Level 2/3 Customer Service and Level 3 Business Administrator standards through a flexible remote contract with travel for in-person assessments. You will assess apprentices at the final stage, using the NCFE EPA platform to record EPAs and engage with learners, employers and training providers.

Qualifications

• recognised Assessor qualification
• At least 2 years' assessing experience (end point experience advantageous)
• At least 2 years’ occupational experience in Business & Customer Service
• Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel across region for face-to-face assessment delivery
• Level 2 Functional Skills English and maths or GCSE grade C equivalent
• Commitment to ongoing CPD relevant to the standards being assessed
• Excellent IT skills with Teams, Outlook and MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Deliver EPA in line with Level 2/3 Customer Service and Level 3 Business Administrator standards
• Utilise NCFE EPA platform to record EPAs and interact with apprentices
• Attend standardisation events to ensure quality, compliance and consistency
• Communicate with apprentices, ITPs and employers on EPA and grading
