Job summary

NVQ Assessor in the United Kingdom is seeking a Personal Trainer EPA assessor to conduct apprenticeship assessments. You will agree on schedules, complete planned assessments in the learner’s workplace, and carry out assessment activity both face-to-face and remotely.

You should understand IQA processes, be able to review learner evidence, and work autonomously within an operating framework. While qualifications such as A1/2, D32/33, CAVA or AET are recommended, they are not mandatory.

• Awareness of learner difficulties and social needs.

Responsibilities

The role includes:

• confirming grades and pass / fail judgements on a range of work-based evidence

The applicant must be a person authorised to work within the UK.

PROFESSIONAL GUIDANCE

To be an Assessor you would need to hold either an; A1/2, D32/33, or CAVA which we have a link to HERE . Similarly so, to be a FE practitioner, in other words, a Trainer, you should hold at a minimum the AET (Level 3 Award in Education and Training).
