Job summary

Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Capital Projects Manager to lead a varied portfolio of capital redevelopment projects across Bedfordshire hospitals. You will manage from feasibility through to commissioning, ensuring scope, quality and programme goals are met while aligning with HTMs, HBNs, and NHS best practice.

The role requires experience in capital, construction, estates or infrastructure projects, strong stakeholder skills, and a collaborative approach

Qualifications

• An experienced project manager with a track record of delivering capital, construction, estates or infrastructure projects.
• Organised, proactive and solution focused; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Skilled in building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a portfolio of capital projects from concept to completion.
• Oversee planning, development, procurement, implementation and monitoring across lifecycle stages.
• Ensure projects meet scope, quality, time and financial objectives; provide specialist advice.
