Job summary

Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an ambitious Capital Projects Manager to join the Redevelopment Team. You will lead the delivery of a varied portfolio of capital projects from concept through to completion across Luton & Dunstable Hospital and other Bedfordshire sites, ensuring delivery to scope, quality and programme objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification in project management, construction management, building surveying, quantity surveying, engineering, architecture, estates management or other relevant discipline.
• Master's level qualification or equivalent experience through project delivery.
• Membership of a relevant professional body (APM, RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE, CIBSE or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of capital projects from concept to completion across hospital sites.
• Ensure projects meet scope, quality, time and financial targets.
• Provide specialist advice to clinical, operational and corporate stakeholders and ensure compliance with HTMs/HBNs and NHS standards.
