Job summary

• Experience leading complex capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility studies and design development with whole-scheme budget estimates.
• Develop project briefs with end users and ensure requirements are defined and approved.
• Coordinate design information with internal/external teams.
• Manage projects from inception through to completion, on/off site.
• Monitor budgets, programmes and financial risks with proactive actions.
• Provide professional advice on capital projects and estate development.
