Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction, engineering, surveying or design to lead capital schemes within the NHS estate. You will oversee from feasibility and design through to construction, managing budgets, timelines and quality to deliver high-quality healthcare environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead feasibility studies and design development for capital schemes, including whole-scheme budget estimates.
• Develop project briefs with end users and obtain formal approvals.
• Coordinate detailed design information with the design team.
• Lead delivery of capital projects on and off site from inception to completion.
• Monitor and manage project budgets and financial risks.
• Provide professional and technical advice on capital projects and estate development.
