Healthcare Assistant - Ophthalmology Technician, Nottingham

WHO WE ARE

HealthHarmonie is a fast-paced, growing organisation operating from various locations across England. Headquartered in Birmingham, established in 2003, we develop our presence across the UK by partnering with NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups to provide community services including Diagnostic Ultrasound, Gynaecology, Dermatology, Ophthalmology, and Minor Surgery.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We seek a dedicated Ophthalmology Technician to ensure smooth clinic operations and patient well-being. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing consultation rooms
• Escorting patients for consultations and tests
• Enhancing patient experience and conducting GDPR security checks
• Handling patient data and maintaining accurate records
• Facilitating patient appointments and ensuring efficient scheduling
• Completing reports and providing administrative support
• Adhering to infection control procedures

Shift Pattern: 5 days out of 7, generally between 07:00/07:30 - 17:30/18:00. This is a mobile role requiring travel to various clinic locations nationwide, including Birmingham, Nottingham, and others.

REQUIREMENTS

• Driving Licence and own vehicle
• Experience in administration (preferable but not essential)
• IT literacy
• Passion for high-quality care
