Job summary

HRString Ltd is a domiciliary care provider delivering essential health and wellbeing support to service users in the UK. We require caring individuals to help with monitoring vital signs, medication, ambulation and personal hygiene, while adhering to privacy and confidentiality standards.

You will assist with meal preparation and daily living activities in clients' homes, and maintain accurate progress records for reporting to supervisors. UK residence and valid right to work are essential.

Qualifications

• You must reside in the UK with valid right to work.
• Experience in health-care support tasks under supervision is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users
• Advise, support and undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.
