Job summary

Sirona care & health – England’s largest provider of Adult’s and Children’s Community Services – is seeking an Administrator in South Bristol to support the Integrated Neighbourhood Team. The role is office-based with shifts across early and late periods, including weekends, and requires travel between bases within South Bristol.

You will provide comprehensive admin support, handle electronic systems, and assist with stock management and audits, contributing to a busy community services

Qualifications

• Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise to support a busy team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with service users and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration support to the Integrated Neighbourhood Team and Administration Leads.
• Manage telephone and email queries.
• Book clinician appointments and clinics.
• Place orders and manage deliveries; replenish stock cupboards.
• Support sickness logging and reporting; assist with bank shifts.
• Maintain spreadsheets and electronic documents; circulate information to staff.
