Full-time shift pattern: shifts start at 8.00/9.00 am until 10.00/11.00 pm, with sleep-in pay until 7.00 am. The shift then continues from 7.00 am until 9.30 am.
Requirements: Must hold a driving license and understand or be willing to learn BSL (British Sign Language).

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Residential Support Worker to join our team at one of our residential homes in Halifax / Doncaster.
We provide residential care for young adults aged 18+ who are profoundly deaf, have significant hearing loss, and/or complex needs.
Residents who are deaf or hard of hearing often face communication challenges. Support workers will be trained and supported to overcome these challenges.
