Qualifications

• Counselling qualification (minimum level 4) degree or postgraduate diploma.
• Current membership with BACP, BABCP, UKPC, NCS, COSCA or IAPC.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality empathetic guidance to members over the phone and online, adhering to BACP standards.
• Use the latest medical evidence to inform clinical practice.
• Maintain service levels by offering callers relevant help and information.
• Offer bereavement support alongside nurses for vulnerable members.
• Grow and update professional skills; coach other clinicians as needed.
