To support your smooth integration into the team and set you up for success in your new role, you'll participate in a comprehensive 4-week induction program. During the first two weeks, you're required to attend in person at either the Tunbridge Wells or Glasgow office, from 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday.
