The ideal candidate will have a NEBOSH qualification and experience in health and safety roles. Qualifications

  • Experience in a health and safety role, ideally within an office or tech environment.
  • Delivery of training (First Aid, Fire Safety, DSE).
  • Knowledge of mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Translate organisational strategy into health, safety, and wellbeing framework.
  • Ensure employee wellbeing and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits of office spaces.
  • Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with HR and Facilities to support wellbeing initiatives.

Skills

Strong understanding of UK health and safety legislation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders
Experience with DSE assessments and remote work safety

Education

NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent health and safety qualification
