Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative, reporting, or business support services.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• An interest in health and safety systems and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to health and safety services.
• Monitor incidents, risk assessments, safety alerts and actions.
• Manage the Health and Safety inbox and respond to queries.
• Maintain health and safety records and Evotix documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, take minutes and track actions.
• Support lone working arrangements and travel bookings.
