BrisDoc Healthcare Services is seeking a Health Navigation Supervisor to lead the Health Navigation Team at Charlotte Keel Medical Practice. You will oversee appointment management, patient access and service standards, working across morning and afternoon shifts to ensure seamless continuity of service and an outstanding patient experience.

You will supervise staff, support professional development, and help manage workload in a fast-paced NHS environment.

Formación

• Significant experience in a patient-facing customer service or healthcare administration role.
• Experience supervising, mentoring or leading a team.
• Experience managing competing priorities and operational pressures in a busy environment.
• Experience handling complex or challenging patient interactions.
• Experience using clinical systems such as EMIS Web within a GP Practice or Primary Care setting.
• Experience using digital patient communication platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• Provide supervision and line management of the Health Navigation Team.
• Work with clinical colleagues to respond to changes in demand and operational pressures.
• Support development and wellbeing of Health Navigators.
