BrisDoc is seeking a Health Navigation Supervisor to lead the Health Navigation Team within Patient Services at Charlotte Keel Medical Practice, supporting 19,000 patients, coordinating appointments, and ensuring safe, high-quality patient access.

You will work in a job-share arrangement across morning and afternoon shifts, leading on service delivery and the wellbeing of Health Navigators while maintaining an outstanding patient experience.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a patient-facing customer service or healthcare administration role.
• Experience supervising and leading a team.
• Experience managing competing priorities in a busy environment.
• Experience using EMIS Web and AccuRx.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day supervision and line management of the Health Navigation team.
• Oversee patient access, appointment systems and clinical workflows.
• Maintain service standards and KPIs across channels.
• Support recruitment, training and workforce development.
