The position involves shifts during days, nights, weekends, and long days, with part-time hours also considered. We seek a motivated Band 3 Health Care Support Worker to join the Surgical Receiving Unit at Glasgow Royal Infirmary.

This busy unit requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will support the clinical team in caring for emergency surgical patients, assisting with assessments, investigations, and management.

You must be committed to delivering safe, effective, and compassionate patient-centered care, with excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, along with a commitment to professional development, are essential.

Applicants should hold SVQ Level 2 or be willing to complete it within the first year of employment, with relevant experience in caring environments preferred.
