Job summary

The Lime Trees in Birmingham is seeking an ambitious Headteacher to lead a specialist school focused on SEND education. You will provide strategic leadership and direction, working closely with the executive leadership team to enhance teaching and learning.

The role includes developing curriculum strategies tailored for students with autism and SEMH needs. Other key responsibilities involve ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement among staff.

Qualifications

• Strong strategic leadership within a special school or educational setting.
• Knowledge of Ofsted inspection framework and Independent School Standards.
• Experience developing curriculum to meet individual pupil needs.
