AccorHotel presents a Head Waiter role at The Hoxton, Shoreditch, within our Llama Inn Restaurant. Lead your section by example, delivering memorable guest and team experiences and inspiring others to elevate the service.

You will know our Peruvian-inspired menu inside out, connect floor and kitchen, handle guest requests with a warm, no-ego approach, and help create a fun, hardworking team culture across shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a busy restaurant or bar.
• Positive impact on guests and team.
• Willingness to be yourself and not rely on rigid formality.
• Team player who helps get things done.
• Open to doing things differently and trying new ideas.

Responsibilities

• Lead your section by example, delivering memorable guest and team experiences.
• Bring your own flavour to guests’ tables and ensure a great time from arrival to departure.
• Bridge floor and kitchen, handling requests from guests and team.
• Know products and systems inside out.
