Job summary

Llama Inn is seeking a Waiter to join The Hoxton, Shoreditch in our Llama Inn Restaurant. Lead your section by example and ensure guests have a memorable dining experience from arrival to departure.

You will connect floor and kitchen, know our menu and systems inside out, and contribute to a happy, collaborative team. 2+ years experience in a busy restaurant or bar is preferred; we value warmth, initiative and a willingness to try new things.

We are looking for aWaiter to be part of our team for The Hoxton, Shoreditch in our Llama Inn Restaurant.

Llama Inn is a warm open space with natural wood furniture, tall ceilings, and steel beams. Our cuisine encompasses all things Peru, including ceviche, our famous lomo Saltado, Cancha and other unique Peruvian fair. Our cocktail and spirit list hail from Peru with none other than pisco being the star of the show and a creative cocktail menu with unique takes on the classics from around the globe. While the wine lists breaths Spain and Latin America with options by the glass and bottle to titillate any palate. Whether early or late, Llama Inn is a full dining experience for any celebration/occasion.

Job Description

• Lead your section by example, putting a memorable guest and team experience at the centre of what you do and inspiring others around you to do as you do
• Bring your own flavour to our guests’ table, making sure that from the moment they arrive to when they leave, they’re having a great time
• Play a key part in connecting the floor with the kitchen, handling any requests and questions, be they from our guests or the team
• Know your products and systems inside out

Qualifications

• 2+ years previous experience in a busy restaurant or bar
• You’re all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience
• You’re looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits here
