RB Holdings' Oswald’s in London is seeking a Head Waiter/Waitress to deliver flawless fine‑dining service to our private member guests. You will master table lay‑up, welcome guests warmly, supervise junior staff, and ensure an exceptional dining experience from arrival to departure.

• Significant experience in luxury hotel, restaurant or private member’s club advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring fast and efficient service for members and guests.
• Be fully conversant with table lay-up and mise-en-place before, during, and after service.
• Welcome guests warmly and ensure an exceptional fine‑dining experience from arrival to departure.
• Ensure colleagues provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.
• Supervise and train junior waiters on service standards, menu knowledge, and guest etiquette.
• Provide detailed menu knowledge including ingredients and preparation methods.

We are currently seeking a Head Waiter/ Waitress to join our Front of House team at Oswald’s, with the opportunity to earn up to £50,000 p/a!

Working Hours

• 5 day working week between Monday – Saturday on a rota basis.
• Bank Holidays and the Christmas period off – our venues are closed.

What You Will Do
