Job summary

RB Holdings, a growing hospitality group in London, seeks a Head Waiter/Waitress for Oswald’s with a route to up to £50,000 p/a. The role offers a base salary up to £34,000 + discretionary service charge and a range of employee benefits in a luxury, private-member setting.

You’ll ensure fast, exceptional service, mastery of mise-en-place, and a warm welcome from arrival to departure, supervising juniors and sharing menu knowledge to elevate guest experience.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in luxury hotel, restaurant or private member's club is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and guest-handling skills are essential.
• Attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, efficient service to members and guests.
• Be fully conversant with table lay-up and mise-en-place for service.
• Welcome guests warmly and deliver a superb fine-dining experience from arrival to departure.
• Ensure colleagues provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.
• Supervise and train junior waiters on standards, knowledge and etiquette.
• Provide detailed menu knowledge including ingredients and preparation methods.

We are currently seeking a Head Waiter/ Waitress to join our Front of House team at Oswald’s, with the opportunity to earn up to £50,000 p/a!

Working Hours:

• 5 day working week between Monday – Saturday on a rota basis.
• Bank Holidays and the Christmas period off – our venues are closed.

What you will do:

• Ensuring a fast and efficient service is provided to members and their guests.
