Oswald's in London is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join RB Holdings' Oswald's team. You will maintain high standards across all food preparation and presentation, using the freshest seasonal ingredients to deliver culinary excellence, while collaborating with a focused team.

The role offers a 4-day working week (Mon–Sat), 7 shifts, and a salary of up to £40,000 with discretionary service charge; 28 days holiday, private medical and dental insurance, GymFlex, wellbeing days, and other staff

We are currently seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Oswald’s restaurant.

Working Hours

• 4 day working week between Monday-Saturday.
• 7 shifts a week.
