Job summary

RB Holdings is seeking a Dining Room Manager for Loulou’s Nightclub at 5 Hertford Street in London. Lead the dining room operations, deliver personalised member experiences, and work with kitchen and senior leadership to ensure seamless service.

We offer a competitive salary up to £55,000 per annum, discretionary bonus, and comprehensive benefits. The role is based in London with evening shifts, four-day workweek, and a focus on exemplary luxury service.

We are currently seeking a Dining Room Manager to join our team in Loulou’s Nightclub at 5 Hertford Street.

Working Hours

• 4 days per week (Wednesday- Saturday)
• Evening shifts with 3am finish
• The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
