Job summary

The Ivy Collection is seeking a dynamic Head Waiter for our Harry's venue in London. You will manage a section during service, take orders, serve guests and provide a professional bill service while guiding a small team of Commis Waiters.

Key elements of your role as Head Waiter will involve controlling a section during service, taking food orders, serving guests and providing a professional bill service. Responsible for directing and motivating a team of Commis Waiters, you will also take an active interest in your team’s welfare, safety, and professional development.
