Long Term Teachers is partnering with a specialist SEN academy Trust in Cornwall to open a new dedicated SEMH school in April 2025. We are seeking an SEN senior leader or Headteacher eager to develop their experience within a Multi Academy Trust.
This new school aims to transform life opportunities for young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. It will be the only SEMH school in Cornwall offering a continuum of specialist provision, supporting pupils aged 4 to 16, serving the local community.

We are looking for an inspirational Headteacher to start in April 2025, leading the school in its development before opening in September 2025.
As Headteacher, you will develop an outstanding provision that transforms educational and future life opportunities for pupils. You will have support from central services (Finance, HR, IT) and a network of supportive Headteachers and SEN specialists.
The role is suitable for an experienced SEN senior leader or Headteacher seeking to extend their leadership experience within a Trust setting.
