Are you passionate about delivering high-quality mental health support through innovative digital platforms? As a Mental Health Practitioner, you will be the first point of contact for patients experiencing mental health concerns, providing compassionate, patient-centred care via video and telephone consultations.
This role allows you to work independently while benefiting from clinical supervision and multidisciplinary support. You will collaborate closely with GPs, carrying out mental health assessments and making evidence-based treatment recommendations to support patients with a wide range of mental health concerns. Your interventions will play a crucial role in enhancing patient well-being and ensuring timely escalations when needed.
