This permanent Head Sommelier role in Gwynedd offers a salary of up to £42,000, including Tronc gratuities of roughly £4,000 annually, plus a company pension and meals on duty. You will lead wine service within a prestigious setting, curating an exceptional list and guiding guests through pairings. HEAD SOMMELIER

We want to find enthusiastic individual with a genuine passion for world wines and spirits. We are now looking for a passionate and dedicated Head Sommelier who is passionate about wine.
