Bespoke Hotels is seeking a Receptionist to join our team. You will maximise room revenues, deliver courteous service, and ensure total guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and at least one year's experience in a similar role.

As a Receptionist, you will manage check-in/check-out procedures, assist guests with needs, and contribute to a smooth daily operation across our UK properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or customer-facing role preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to follow standards.
• Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with guests and colleagues.
• Proficient with phone and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Familiar with daily hotel operations: arrivals, departures, special requests.
• Greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out per standards.
• Understand guest requirements during check-in/out.
• Handle cash, card transactions, and till procedures per policy.
• Know hotel services and local area to assist guests effectively.
• Attend daily team meetings to stay updated.
• Upsell services and promotions to maximise sales.
• Promptly respond to bookings and enquiries with courtesy.
• Resolve guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Operate the telephone system in line with company standards.
