Job summary

mydentist in Formby is hiring a Head Receptionist to join our Old Mill Lane practice. This is a full-time role with Monday to Thursday 8:50–18:00 and Friday 8:50–17:00. You’ll lead a busy front desk, welcome patients, and coordinate appointments to keep the practice running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous reception experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work in a supportive team and deliver patient-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out processes.
• Book and optimise diary appointments for the practice.
• Answer phones and assist patients with enquiries and directions.
• Support reception team to ensure smooth daily operations.
