Betty CA is seeking a Head of User Acquisition to lead our global UA strategy across Web, iOS, and Android. This senior role oversees budgets, performance, and a growing UA team, driving efficiency and player quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in User Acquisition or performance marketing.
• Experience leading large-scale paid acquisition across web and mobile apps.
• Proven track record of building and scaling UA teams and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own the User Acquisition strategy across Web, iOS and Android.
• Lead, develop and manage the UA team with clear priorities and ownership.
• Own significant acquisition budgets and allocate investments by channel performance.
• Drive performance on Google, Meta, Apple Ads, programmatic and emerging channels.
• Own KPIs including volume, CAC, conversion, quality and ROAS.
• Identify new channels and growth opportunities while improving the channel mix.
• Collaborate with CRO, Creative, Analytics, Product and Marketing.
• Build a testing culture across media, audiences and creatives.
• Ensure measurement and reporting provide actionable insight.
