• Significant experience in trading, commercial analytics or performance management.
• Strong understanding of subscription economics and forecasting.
• Proven ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders without direct ownership.

• Own the weekly and monthly subscription trading cadence, covering acquisition, conversion, churn and CLV.
• Lead analysis of performance across products, channels and markets.
• Diagnose movements, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend interventions.
• Translate complex data into concise narratives for senior leadership.
