Job summary

Go10 Limited seeks a senior technology leader to translate business priorities into a practical technology plan. You will steer technical direction, AI adoption, engineering capability and delivery standards while ensuring systems resilience and effective use of internal teams and external suppliers.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will manage the Product and Digital Lead and oversee software engineering, AI and automation, with Ecommerce under delegated product and trading

Qualifications

• Senior systems design experience delivering business-critical systems.
• EDI experience including partner onboarding, message mapping, interface specs, secure transport, error handling and end-to-end reconciliation.
• Strong T-SQL skills for designing, maintaining and troubleshooting business logic, transactions and concurrency.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of reliable applications, integrations and data flows; review code and guide improvements.
• Lead major integration and modernization programmes across architecture, resourcing, testing, cutover and handover.
• Define a path from legacy to scalable integration architecture, retaining, improving or replacing components without disrupting trading.
• Set and enforce standards for security, access, testing, releases, documentation and monitoring.
• Maintain operational resilience with incident management, recovery testing, retries and reconciliation.
• Mentor engineers, manage supplier delivery and reduce reliance on individuals.
• Align priorities and estimates with project managers and business owners; keep tech decisions separate from business approvals.
• Develop and govern AI and automation services with data controls and oversight.
