Job summary

Control Risks is seeking a Head of Digital Products to lead the Product Group within Technology and AI Solutions. You will own the digital product strategy, incubate and manage a portfolio of products, and partner with business leaders to deliver measurable client and commercial value.

AI will define product discovery, delivery and operations, with responsibility across governance and performance reporting.

Qualifications

Significant experience leading a product function or product group.
Track record of incubating and scaling products with commercial/adoption outcomes.
Experience building and developing high-performing product teams.
Strong digital strategy experience and ability to translate strategy into roadmaps.
Practical understanding of AI applications in product delivery and operations.
10+ years in product management or related leadership roles.
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or related field.
Strong modern product management practices including discovery, prioritisation and agile delivery.
Experience with AI-enabled tools in product delivery.

Responsibilities

Define and own the overall product strategy translating business strategy into a clear roadmap.
Lead and develop the Product Group into a high-performing team.
Own end-to-end product lifecycle from incubation to launch and ongoing management.
Establish structured intake and prioritisation for new product ideas.
Partner with leadership, technology and client-facing teams to deliver real client value.
Champion AI use across product discovery, delivery and operations.
Own product performance reporting and portfolio governance.
