Job summary

Teneo Management Consulting in London seeks a strategic Head of AI and Technology to define and lead AI across the practice, aligning with firm-wide AI direction and translating business needs into actionable AI initiatives.

The role leads the AI Engineering team, shaping governance and partnerships with IT, ensuring adoption of AI tools and maintaining quality, risk controls and delivery across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience setting and delivering an AI and technology strategy in a professional services, consulting or similarly knowledge-intensive environment.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary technical teams and delivering AI/software from discovery to secure production use.
• Strong people leadership with the ability to translate business needs into prioritised initiatives and outcomes.
• Experience with technology and data governance, responsible AI, information security, vendor risk and approval processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the Management Consulting AI strategy, roadmap and priorities, aligned with business strategy and firm-wide AI direction.
• Lead the day-to-day work of the Management Consulting AI Engineering team, including objectives, prioritisation and delivery oversight.
• Oversee the lifecycle of AI solutions from discovery to production, adoption, support and retirement.
• Partner with leadership to translate priorities into a focused AI agenda and investment decisions.
• Coordinate with IT and central functions on architecture, identity and access, hosting, and service changes affecting Management Consulting.
