Job summary

AXA UK is seeking a senior Technology Delivery Lead to orchestrate complex technology change across multiple teams in a product-led, regulated environment. You will align product, engineering, architecture, security, testing and releases to deliver measurable outcomes, while connecting strategic priorities with on‑the‑ground execution.

You’ll drive governance, manage dependencies, and reduce technical debt, with a strong focus on AI-enabled delivery and modern SDLC practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading enterprise technology delivery in complex organisations.
Strong stakeholder management across product, engineering, operations and leadership.
Knowledge of AI tooling to assist in requirements and delivery management.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery across multiple teams with clear outcomes and realistic plans.
Take ownership for complex tech initiatives, with governance, risk & dependency management.
Bring structure to ambiguous spaces with executable milestones and outcomes.
Work with engineering/architecture to ensure platform health and debt management.
Review how AI can assist in requirements analysis and digital change management.
Foster SDLC discipline, testing strategy, release readiness and production support.
Partner with product leaders to balance value delivery with technical debt.
Lead across internal teams and third-party suppliers with clear accountability.
Promote a culture of ownership, transparency and continuous improvement.
