Job summary

EDClass Ltd, based at Aston House, Dinnington, Sheffield, is seeking an experienced Head of Teaching and Learning (KS1–KS4). The role focuses on pedagogical excellence with a 20-strong on-site and online teaching team, driving live digital instruction and curriculum standards.

You will work with the Head of Teaching Standards and SEND leadership to ensure Ofsted readiness, robust data analysis, and strategic growth into new markets. Salary £60,000–£65,000 pro rata.

Qualifications

• NPQH/NPQSL/NPQEL or equivalent
• UK QTS
• Degree in a relevant subject

Responsibilities

• Lead whole-school teaching and learning strategy across KS1–KS4.
• Oversee timetabling and deployment for live studios and online teaching.
• Coach and develop the 20-strong on-site and peak online teaching cohort.
• Ensure readiness for Ofsted/DfE inspections and regulatory compliance.
