Job summary

EDClass Ltd is a UK-based provider delivering live digital instruction and targeted interventions from its Sheffield offices. We are seeking a senior educational leader with NPQH/NPQSL/NPQEL to serve as Head of Teaching and Learning (KS1–KS4).

You will inspire and coach a team of on-site and online teachers, raising standards across instructional delivery. Flexible start times, a 40-hour week for full-time roles, and a pro-rata salary range of £60,000–£65,000.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Experience with timetable management and teacher development.
• Proven ability to drive curriculum standards across core and non-core subjects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Teaching and Learning across KS1–KS4.
• Own timetable and studio operations for live teaching.
• Ensure quality assurance through observations and data analysis.
• Lead curriculum delivery and standards across English, Maths, Science and more.
• Engage with MATs/local authorities to drive improvements and growth.
