Job summary

EDClass Ltd is recruiting a senior educational leader to serve as Head of Teaching and Learning (KS1–KS4) at our Head Office in Dinnington. You will coach on-site and online teachers, raise instructional standards, and shape curriculum delivery across core subjects while aligning with our innovative seat model and inclusion goals.

Ideal candidates hold NPQH/NPQSL/NPQEL, have a UK QTS, and a strong track record in secondary leadership.

Qualifications

• NPQH/NPQSL/NPQEL required.
• Secondary teaching background and a degree in a relevant subject.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) gained in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for teaching and learning across KS1–KS4.
• Coach and raise standards across on-site and online teaching staff.
• Own timetable and studio operations with flexible seat rotations.
• Engage with MATs and local authorities to improve pupil outcomes.
• Lead curriculum delivery for core subjects and foundational literacy.
