Overview

Remote or our office in the Lake district. Full time. Third party ski school sales. Salary £25,400 annually. Start date ASAP.

Maison Sport is revolutionising the way ski & snowboard instructors work around the world, whilst dramatically improving the customer experience in finding and booking an instructor.

Objective: Recruit ski schools to join Maison Sport on an exclusive basis in resorts across Europe, with a focus on Austrian resorts.

Responsibilities

• Sign ski schools up to Maison Sport's innovative platform, from cold outreach, to negotiating a contract, through to on-boarding them onto the platform.
• Work within our Instructor Community team, cold calling or using your or our extensive network, to reach ski school directors.
• Attend in-person meetings in ski resorts as required, travelling across Europe on your own or in a team.
• Guide prospective ski schools through the contract and onboarding phase, ensuring they become a revenue contributor to the business.

Qualifications

• Native level spoken and written German and English.
• Knowledge of the Austria ski market (Preferred).
• Experience in a sales focused role.
• Passion for providing excellent service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Skiing/snowboarding experience (any instructor qualifications are a big plus).
• Essential you have the mind‑set of an eternal learner, willing to always improve your knowledge.
