Job summary

The Housing Network in the UK seeks a Head of Supported Housing to lead the mobilisation, scaling up and continuous improvement of our new Supported Exempt Accommodation services. You will manage and coach remote teams within a defined region and work closely with senior leaders to strengthen commissioner relationships.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience in managing large, complex functions in high-pressure environments, with a trauma-informed and strengths-based service delivery

Qualifications

• Experience leading in supported housing or homelessness services.
• Ability to manage large, complex functions in high-pressure environments.
• Knowledge of strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches.

Responsibilities

• Mobilise, scale up and continuously improve our new Supported Exempt Accommodation services.
• Manage and coach remote teams within a defined region.
• Build and maintain high-trust relationships with commissioners.
• Act as subject matter expert to identify opportunities and risks for THN.
• Oversee management, oversight, improvement and data compliance of Support Planning and Risk Management.
