Job summary

Togather, the events marketplace powering experiences across the UK, is seeking a Supply Lead to own the supply base end to end. You'll drive strategy, growth, quality and commercial value, reporting to the CCO and shaping our supply across Marketplace and Live offerings.

You’ll grow booked suppliers and earnings per supplier, build regional depth for private events and stadia, manage key partnerships, and champion AI-driven onboarding, vetting and compliance as the business scales.

Qualifications

• Senior supply, partnerships or commercial leadership experience in food & beverage, hospitality, events or marketplace business.
• Strong food & beverage network and eye for quality and creative concepts.
• Track record of winning and retaining tier-one accounts.
• Calm, organized leadership through rapid growth.

Responsibilities

• Own supply strategy, KPIs and base health; report to the C-suite.
• Grow booked suppliers and earnings per supplier.
• Build regional depth to fulfil private events and stadia beyond London.
• Lead hero and exclusive supplier partnerships and creative concepts at Tier 1 festivals.
• Act as key account manager for major suppliers, driving retention and growth.
• Champion AI-first workflows across onboarding, vetting and compliance.
• Own supply-side risk: non-attendance, churn and quality.
• Lead and grow the supply team.
