Netcompany UK, based in London, is seeking a commercially minded B2B Events Lead to drive our GTM events portfolio. You will own conception, curation and delivery of events—from CXO roundtables to conference activations—working with the UK GTM team to attract senior clients and prospects.

You will manage budgets, schedules and cross‑functional briefs, coordinate speakers and partners, and measure ROI with GTM leads.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in B2B events or marketing with proven lead generation.
• Natural understanding of what engages senior B2B audiences.
• Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder, project and budget management skills.
• Proven ability to take an event from concept to audience generation, execution and measurable outcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; adaptable and proactive.

• Be accountable for the success of the UK’s B2B event portfolio from conception through delivery and follow‑up.
• Develop and deliver B2B events for core market verticals and audiences.
• Identify topics, formats and experiences to attract senior decision‑makers.
• Create compelling narratives and drive GTM engagement across channels.
• Coordinate invitations, speakers and partners; manage cross‑functional briefs and timelines.
• Track ROI and pipeline contribution with GTM Leads and Sales Ops.
