A leading digital entertainment company in London is seeking an experienced Associate Strategy Director to shape brand growth through social relevance. You will develop impactful strategies and manage high-value client relationships, ensuring creative excellence backed by robust data. The ideal candidate has a strong background in strategy within creative agencies and the ability to work seamlessly across departments. This role supports a hybrid working model.
LADbible Group is one of the world’s most engaged digital entertainment businesses, reaching over a billion people globally and amassing more than 13.9 billion social views each month. With a powerhouse portfolio across general lifestyle, entertainment, sport, gaming, and tech, our brands: - including LADbible, UNILAD, GAMINGbible, and UNILAD Tech, are some of the most recognised and culturally relevant on the internet.
LADbible’s Commercial Team, LAD360, is a powerhouse of creativity, strategy, and innovation - partnering with the world’s most iconic brands, from Google and Nike to Disney and Tesco. With a headcount of 150 and growing, LAD360 has rapidly become one of the most formidable forces in media, delivering culture-shaping campaigns. Our work has earned us top industry accolades, including Commercial Team of the Year at the 2025 Campaign UK Awards and Media Brand of the Year at the 2024 MediaWeek Awards. At the heart of it all is a relentless drive to push boundaries, tell bold stories, and connect brands to youth culture like no one else can.
We’re hiring for an Associate Strategy Director - a strategic leader with a track record of making work people care about, and a distaste for creating category noise. You will work across both LADbible Group partnerships and our new social agency proposition – helping clients put social, and cultural relevance, at the heart of brand growth.
You will report into the Director of Strategy, and be responsible for working closely with incumbent Senior Strategists, both in workflow management, and maintaining high level output.
At LADbible Group we've rolled out blended working which means the majority of departments across the business (including London, Manchester and International offices) work in the office 3 days per week.
LADbible Group is an equal opportunities employer. We are determined to create a diverse group at all levels of our company and we welcome all members of the community to apply for openings with us. As the leading social youth publisher, we have a powerful global platform to better represent our audience and enable those that do not have equal opportunities to have their voices heard. As a business, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce, in an environment where everyone feels comfortable to be themselves.
