Job summary

Lodestone House is seeking a Contract Director to lead the catering and hospitality operation at Lodestone House, King Edward’s School, Witley. You will manage a 30-strong team across prep and senior schools, including 70 boarders, delivering exceptional service and strong commercial results.

We seek a confident leader with premium service experience who can inspire the team, nurture client relationships and drive revenue while maintaining compliance and high standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing successful teams.
• Single-site operational experience in a similar role.
• Track record of leading teams to deliver results.
• Experience growing sales and retaining business.
• Foodservice or similar background.
• Budget management and/or P&L responsibility.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a 30-strong team.
• Maintain high-end hospitality, food quality and service standards.
• Oversee operation across prep and senior schools for 70 boarders.
• Build trusted client relationship and identify growth opportunities.
• Own commercial performance: budgets, labour, gross profit, costs.
• Drive sales growth and ensure compliance and delivery standards.
