Holroyd Howe is recruiting a Director of Catering to lead the catering services at Habs' Girls and Habs' Boys on a shared campus near Elstree, Hertfordshire. The role requires strategic leadership, financial oversight and the ongoing development of exceptional food and hospitality for pupils.

You will oversee multi-site operations, drive menu innovation, ensure safety compliance, manage budgets, and build strong relationships with clients and suppliers while championing staff development and

Qualificações

• Proven leadership in senior catering/hospitality, ideally independent or B&I.
• Strong financial management and budget control skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategic plans for catering operations.
• Lead and inspire multi-site teams with high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance across operations.
• Drive menu innovation, sourcing, and sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and safeguarding policies.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Champion staff development, training and wellbeing.
• Ensure allergen controls are followed and champion safe practices.
